Deposit when entering into a rental agreement

Security Deposit

The tenant owes a deposit at the beginning of the contract. The amount of the deposit depends on the type and number of rented devices. The deposit will be charged individually by our service staff for each rental request. This deposit is explicitly stated in the lease you receive from us.

The proof (bank-confirmed transfer, payment by PayPal, etc) about the deposit paid must be made within 2 PM, on time to allow the same day to be dispatched. Only with the proof of the deposit and the signed rental contract is a legally binding tenancy concluded.

The repayment of the deposit is due as soon as all equipment from the contractual relationship has been returned in accordance with the contract. TKL GmbH is entitled to charge the deposit with rent arrears from other contractual relationships of the customer. The deposit will be transferred back after the end of the rental with the accruing rental fee and possibly the remaining balance.
